Terms of Service
Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.
We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned. Please let us know right away if you are missing something from your order or if there is an issue. We will not be able to process credits/refunds after 3 days.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producer to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that not all fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".
The customer understands that once items are picked up from the Market, that it is the customer's responsibility to transport items safely to their destination. The Market cannot be held responsible to products after pick up. Furthermore, any product concerns should be taken up directly with the producer.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we do not accept re-usable bags and customers are expected to abide by pick-up processes and social distancing.
