About Us
My keen interest in fermenting things has been growing steadily for over 20 years, when I started experimenting with kombucha making.
Now I am glad to have enough consistency in the quality to offer kombucha to you.
Forever learning new skills, I am working towards offering miso and shoyu (soy sauce) among other ferments in the near future.
Practices
This kombucha is made in stainless steel fermentors and has been tested by food safety laboratories.
The flavourings are chosen based on seasonal availability and use local products when possible.
